What We Collect

If you call us, we may record your name, phone number, the address of the property, details about your roof and solar system, your roofer's timing, information about any insurance claim you mention and anything else you decide to share.

When you visit the site, limited technical data may be gathered automatically, including browser and device type, pages viewed and an approximate location based on your IP address.

How We Use It

Your information is used to answer your questions, inspect your system, prepare quotes, coordinate dates with you and your roofer and keep job records.

We may also use it to follow up on active work and to improve our services and this website.

Cookies

The site may use cookies or similar technology to see how visitors use it. You can block cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work properly as a result.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as the job requires, such as with your roofer, with an insurance adjuster when you ask us to, with a leasing company whose agreement calls for notice, or with a permit office where a permit is needed.

Information may also go to service providers who support our business, or to authorities when the law requires it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data is fully secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.
