The Reason Behind the Routine
Solar Panel Removal Matteson started from a frustration we heard over and over. Homeowners had their panels taken down for a reroof and put back by someone who could not say whether the system was working as it had before. Parts went missing. Flashing was reused. Nobody had a before picture.
So we built the job around evidence. Before anything comes off, we photograph the array and take a production reading. Every panel is tagged against a written inventory. Every mount on the new roof gets fresh flashing. At the end, the reinstalled system is compared against the reading from the start.
We also decided to be blunt about limits. If your roof is tile, if you want new panels added, or if your lease requires permission first, we will say so before you spend a dollar. Saving you a wasted week beats winning a job we should not take.
